In order to receive the 6 Consumer Protection hours of DRE Credit, you must attend at least 5 of the following sessions, 90% attendance required.

14. Title/Escrow Session
15. Basics of Construction Lending
16. 1031 Exchange Session
Get the appropriate verification that you attended at least 5 of the Panels/Sessions listed above by completing a short exam at the end of each session.
A DRE Credit Information packet was provided at registration. You must have this completed and take the exam at the end of each session to receive your Completion Certificate.
EVALUATION: The DRE has a course evaluation available on the lower right section of the homepage of their website at www.dre.ca.gov
You must turn in the completed DRE Credit Information
to receive your DRE Credit.
The Completion Certificates will be issued and mailed to you no later than May 9, 2008
Records or course completion certificates will be maintained for a minimum of 5 years.
